Teaching Procedures 1.Warm-up Activity (15 minutes) Pretest of the whole book 2 . Explanation and Practice around words in Chapter Interactively in Context (30minutes) Aim: applying the theory of lexicology to sense relations in class; give the students very clear clues of certain words and their meanings; teach the students how to learn English vocabulary and train them skills of roots and derivations which are helpful to memorize the new words.
