The world’s most-used natural resource (apart from water, listed at the second place and air,as the champion) is sand, which consists of extremely small pieces of stone-and it’s disappearing. A team’s success (at work) is often driven by 3 factors (with the importance from high to low) —its culture, the interpersonal relationship and the IQ or talent of its individuals. Giraffes have been keeping a secret from most of us for a long time: They’ really four different species, not one. Annual percentage of highway death had been going down for the last four decades till it last year recorded the largest increase in 50 years.Blame Snapchat and other smarphone apps. There are many commonly held beliefs about eye glasses and eyesight that are not proven true. For instance, some people believe that wearing glasses too young weakens the eyes. But there is no evidence to show that the structure of eyes is changed by wearing glasses at a young age. Wearing the wrong glasses, however, can prove harmful. Studies show that for adults there is no danger, but children can develop loss of eyesight if they have glasses unfit for their eyes. We have all heard some of the common stories about how eyesight gets bad. Most people believe that reading in weak light causes poor eyesight, but that is untrue. Too little light makes the eyes work harder, so they do get tired. Eye tiredness also results from reading a lot, reading in bed, and watching too much television. However, although eye tiredness may cause some pain or headaches, it does not permanently damage eyesight.
