Teamwork is not a modern phenomenon. It has been part of the human experience since the early days of nomadic hunter-gatherers n.采集狩猎的人,采猎者. In recent times, teamwork is frequently referred to=called as a “concept” 理念 in the management jargon. Being a good team player is seen to be important, if not more so, than having a skill.

By the fourth race, the tortoise and the hare had become good friends. They decided not to race against each other, but to run as a team against the clock. At first, the hare carried the tortoise to the riverbank. n. 河堤 There, the tortoise took over v.接管 and swam across with the hare on his back. On the opposite bank, the hare again carried the tortoise to the finishing line. By combining their abilities, the hare and the tortoise completed the route in record time.

A Case Study of Teamwork at the Starbucks Corporation
Just over 40 years ago in 1971, Starbucks was founded by three partners living in the northwest American city of Seattle, Washington.
