Booth provide: fascia board with company name in both English and Chinese, one desk, two chairs, electricity will be charged according to the standard of exhibition center. Construction of decoration of booth in bare space will be extra charged USD 3 per square meter as administration cost by undertaker.
参展程序 1.报名付款截止日期为 2010 年 9 月 8 日 2.参展商应按邀请函的要求,详细填写参展回执并加盖公章,连同公司营业执照和负责人身份证 复印件邮寄或传真至组委会秘书处。组委会在确认报名后,参展商于 5 日内将展览有关费用(展 位费, 柜台费, 参评费) 汇至组委会指定银行帐户或通过邮局汇款, 否则组委会将不在预留展位, 并拥有重新分配展位的权利。 Please fill out the exhibition application form in detail according to the requirement of the invitation, and stamp an offical seal, also please post or fax the copy of business license and the owner’s ID

card to the secretariat of organizing committee. After the confirmation of application, the exhibitor should pay the charges to the account of bank specified by the organizing committee within 5 days, or to make remittance through the post office, otherwise the organizing committee will not reserve the booth, and have the right to redistribute.
3.汇款后,请将汇款凭证及费用说明邮寄或传真至组委会秘书处,组委会在确认收到款项及手续 齐全后确定参展资格,并于 2010 年 9 月 5 日前像参展商寄发《参展指南》 。 After the remittance, please post or fax the remittance receipt and charges details to the secretariat of

organizing committee, after the confirmation of receiving the payment and full procedure, the organizing committee will send The Exhibition Guidelines before Sep.5, 2010.
4.会刊宣传排列顺序 以收取全额展位费的先后顺序为准 入编截止日期 2010 年 9 月 8 日, 超过 截至日未能入编者 敬请原谅。会刊宣传内容必须以电子版形式发至组委会秘书处,否则组委会 将不承担排版失误责任。 The sequence of advertisement in the exhibition catalogue is depended on the sequence of full charges receipt. The deadline is Sep.8,2010. The content of advertisement in the exhibition catalogue should be sent as electronic edition to the secretariat of organizing committee, to avoid misunderstanding on

composing.

Use the same booth by different enterprises shall not be accepted. 4. Power connection in the exhibition room without consent shall not be accepted, if necessary, please contact with the exhibition service center. 5. No smoking in exhibition area. 6. The booth shall be taken care in the exhibition period and move-in. The loss and damage will be undertaken by enterprises themselves.
